A Canton man is expected to appear in court on Friday in connection with a double shooting that left one man dead and another hurt in a Boston neighborhood, the Boston Police Department announced.
Diamond Jose Brito, 32, was wanted on several warrants issued out of Dorchester District Court, police said in a statement. He faces a murder charge in connection with the death of Elijah Ricardo Clunie, 20, of Dorchester.
At around 12:55 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 2, officers arrived at 184 Washington St. following a report about a double shooting, the statement read. Officers found two men with gunshot wounds.
