WELLESLEY— The first encounter between two sides after a breakup is always strange.
Such was the case when the Natick girls soccer team visited Wellesley on Tuesday for a meeting against their former head coach, Dave Wainwright. But the Redhawks showed they’re doing just fine by picking up a 1-0 win with junior Katie McMahon stopping 11 shots in goal.
