Two people were taken to local hospitals, one with life-threatening injuries, after scooters they were riding collided with a car in Roxbury early Sunday morning, according to police.
The crash happened around 12:09 a.m. at the intersection of Humboldt Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Roxbury, said Sgt. Detective John Boyle, a spokesman for Boston police. The driver of the car remained at the scene after the crash.
The riders of two scooters were taken to a hospital following the collision, he said. Boyle said he did not have an update on either person’s condition as of Monday morning.
