FOXBOROUGH — Despite missing a field goal, fumbling and sending a snap over its punter’s head, all in the second half, Walpole still had a chance to beat Foxborough late on Friday night.
The Timberwolves got the ball down near the goal line with less than a minute to go following a pass interference call on the Warriors. Walpole QB Noah Mackenzie took the snap and ran up the middle to score, giving the Timberwolves the lead.
