Red Sox lose fourth straight, strike out 15 times vs. Mets

NEW YORK — The Red Sox have scored just five runs in their past 36 innings as their losing streak extended to four games.

Mets lefty starter David Peterson struck out 11 hitters and allowed just one run in 6 innings. Boston, which out 15 times in all, lost 7-2 here at Citi Field on Tuesday.
