CHICOPEE — A new proposal to renovate the troubled Cabotville Mill is being greeted with cautious optimism by city officials, after two past projects at the historic building have failed.
The new proposal was submitted by 165 Front LLC, of New York City. Mark Junger, a real estate entrepreneur and president of Bridgewater Capital Partners LLC, is listed as the manager.
