“Rick and Morty: The Anime” is an anime adaptation of the very popular animated series, “Rick and Morty.” Although it has the same premise and characters, the art style and voice cast are completely Japanese. None of the English-speaking voice cast is involved with this series.

The series will feature 10 new episodes that will be released weekly. The anime series is created by Japanese animation director Takashi Sano.

The English-subtitled version in Japanese drops starting on Saturday, Aug. 17 at 12 a.m. ET on Adult Swim‘s Toonami block.
