WEST SPRINGFIELD — Mayor William Reichelt confirmed that West Springfield is collaborating with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to determine the cause of a backflow incident led to a do-not-use water advisory for the Haywood Avenue area.
The town is awaiting the results from the initial round of testing.
