WESTFIELD – bankESB, the Westfield-based Tri-County Baseball League team, stumbled to a below .500 record in the regular season but in three playoff games quickly became a winning team.
bankESB pitcher Joey Calderella earned a complete game victory Thursday night at Bullens Field, striking out three batters as the Westfield-based Tri-County team defeated the Chicopee Falls Tigers, 8-4, to even up the best-of-3 series 1-1.
