WESTFIELD — The Planning Board approved permits for two contractors’ shops proposals, as well as a request from a contractors’ yard developer to allow access to the property from Southampton Road rather than its legal frontage on North Road.
“They are allowed according to zoning, and they met all our guidelines,” said Chair William Carellas after the meeting.
