WESTFIELD — When Connecticut Valley Restaurant Group announced it would bring Tribeca Gastro Bar & Grill to the first floor of the Lambson Furniture building at 89 Elm St., restaurant owner Tony Long set an opening date of September 2023. In February, he said it would be late March or April. Now, he isn’t guaranteeing any date.
“I’d like to believe that we should definitely be open by Sept. 1, maybe even a week earlier. I just can’t promise anything,” he said.
