SPRINGFIELD — Despite it being years since the start of the pandemic, teachers are still feeling the effects of remote learning.
Ian Hartigan, a middle school science teacher at Springfield Preparatory Charter School, published an op-ed in May after he noticed his fifth and sixth-grade students struggling to read text in science class.
