Western Mass. restaurant scales back menu after being unable to find line cook for 2 years

A Massachusetts restaurant is having to scale back its menu after it has been short staffed and unable to find a line cook for two years.

Tavern on the Hill, located in Easthampton, announced on social media Monday its decision to change menus.

“This is not a decision we made lightly, we understand this means many of your old favorites will not available, and we are sorry,” the restaurant wrote in a statement.
