A 25-year-old man was arrested late Sunday night after MBTA Transit Police say he attacked another man on an MBTA shuttle bus.
Transit police officers assigned to the JFK-UMass station in Dorchester arrested the 25-year-old in connection with a strangulation aboard a shuttle bus. Police say the 25-year-old “attacked another male … for unknown reasons.” Officers arrested the man around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The man had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest, including warrants charging him with assaults on police officers, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, Transit Police wrote in a post on X.
