WORCESTER — Coming into Wednesday’s Division V state semifinal game, No. 2 Turners Falls knew that No. 3 Hopedale pitcher Lizzie Brytewski liked to try and paint the outside corner of the strike zone.
In the days leading up to the game, with that in mind, the Thunder worked on hitting outside pitches during practice.
