No. 2 Agawam defeated No. 15 Chelsea on Tuesday night, 3-1. With the win, the Brownies improve to 19-3 on the season.
The Brownies dominated the first two sets and moved past Chelsea, 25-10 and 25-14. Chelsea continued to battle by taking the third set, 25-23. Agawam finished the match with a 25-19 win to send the team to the Round of 8 in the Division II state tournament.
