SPRINGFIELD ― For the second time in three years, the Westfield baseball team brought home a sectional championship after the second-seeded Bombers beat No. 1 Springfield Central, 5-1, in the Western Mass. Class A championship game on Tuesday night.
Westfield got seven strong innings from Josh Wagner in the victory. Wagner struck out five hitters and gave up five hits.
