SOUTHWICK — Nearly 10 months after Select Board member Doug Moglin said something needed to be done to remove several rope swings hanging from trees along the North Pond in the North Pond Conservation Area, the first steps needed to down the trees are being taken.
“I think we need to continue to press them,” Moglin said during a board meeting on April 22 about the Conservation Commission. “If they are the caretakers of the land … we should ask them to take action on what they said they were going to do.”
