The top 10 employees who earned the most working for the Town of Wellesley in 2023 all earned more than $200,000 in gross salary, according to city records.
Wellesley Public School Superintendent David Lussier took home the highest paycheck with $296,100 in 2023. Lussier was also the only one of two school officials among the top 10 of the town’s highest earners. The only other school employee in the top 10 was John Fantini, a teacher at Wellesley High School, earning $237,194.
