The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory at 12:36 a.m. on Sunday valid for Monday between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. for Berkshire County.
The weather service says, “West to northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.”
“Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and power outages may result,” comments the weather service. “Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.”
