A wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 12:35 a.m. valid from 9 p.m. until Sunday 7 a.m. for Barnstable and Nantucket counties.
The weather service comments, “Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.”
“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” says the weather service.
