Hampton Ponds neighborhood resident Claude Borowsky recently shared this open letter to William Carellas, chair of the Westfield Planning Board, about the Falcon Landing warehouse development proposed by Winstanley Enterprises.
Dear Mr. Carellas,
Your comments at the end of the Planning Board meeting on Jan. 16 were a total abandonment of your responsibilities to the community, who had just gotten finished expressing their concerns to the board about how the Winstanley project would negatively affect their quality of life.
