AGAWAM — When the game got tight in the second half between No. 9 Agawam boys basketball and No. 16 Wahconah, the Brownies leaned on their upperclassmen.
On Friday night, Colin Smith and Elijah Maldonado played tough defense and scored off turnovers late to push Agawam to victory, 69-60.
