WESTFIELD — Engineers for a proposed distribution warehouse on a Falcon Drive property told neighbors last week that it won’t have drastic effects on traffic.
Named Falcon Landing, the proposed 524,000-square foot warehouse would be located north of Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport, in between North Road and Falcon Drive, where a Target warehouse was formerly proposed before encountering vocal opposition from neighbors. It is a joint venture from Winstanley Enterprises and NorthPoint Development. Winstanley Enterprises already owns the abutting property at 1111 Southampton Road.
