Boston police arrested a pair of 17-year-old boys in connection with a shooting at an “outside gathering” in Dorchester last month that left five people injured, including an 11-year-old child.
Both teens, whose names were not released, face a variety of gun charges, police said in a statement.
At around 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, police arrested a 17-year-old boy near 4 Olde Derby Road in Norwood, who was wanted on charges including carrying a firearm without a license and five counts of assault and battery with a firearm. The teen is expected to be arraigned in Juvenile Court in Dorchester.
