Two people were arrested on Cape Cod and charged in connection with the start of a fire that decimated a historic vacant inn in November.
Jacob Ladner, 22 and Isabella Medeiros, 18, were arrested by Yarmouth and State Police on Monday afternoon, the State Fire Marshal’s Office announced.
