10 most expensive homes sold on Cape Cod, Sept. 24-30

A house in Harwich Port that sold for $7 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cape Cod this past week.

In total, 84 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $926,959. The average price per square foot ended up at $615.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 24, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.6 million, single-family home at 29 Drumble Lane

The sale of the single-family home at 29 Drumble Lane, Marstons Mills has been finalized. The price was $1.575 million, and the house changed hands in September. The house was built in 1999 and has a living area of 2,646 square feet. The price per square foot was $595. The deal was finalized on Sept. 13.
