A man was killed and another was wounded after a double stabbing in Brockton on Monday night, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz’s office.
Massachusetts State Police were notified of the stabbing at 7:40 p.m. on Monday, Cruz’s office wrote in a post on X. Two men were taken to the hospital, where one man was pronounced dead.
An investigation into the stabbing remains ongoing. Cruz’s office said preliminary indications are that the stabbing was not a random act of violence.
No further information was immediately available Tuesday morning.
