A fleet of cabs arrived at sunrise at Terminal E of Logan International Airport in Boston on a recent morning this month. A large group of migrants who spent the night sleeping on the airport floor shook off stiffness as they got into the cabs headed to Quincy where they would get breakfast and resources to start their new lives in Massachusetts.
